Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Mantonies Lodge. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time is strictly 10:00. Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Liability
Mantonies Lodge, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property while on the premises.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due on arrival.
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% refund of deposit.
- Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit.
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival or no-shows: 0% refund of deposit.
Privacy Policy (Cyber & Data Protection Compliant)
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act of Zimbabwe [Chapter 12:07].
We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of managing reservations, fulfilling our service obligations, and communicating with you. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
